Spring Fever Cruise - May 13-19, 2014
The 2014 cruising season is officially underway. The annual Spring Commissioning cruise revealed that everything is working relatively well after the winter lay-up. A davit that had been built over the winter to facilitate transfer of the outboard motor to and from the dinghy was tried out. It works like a charm. . . no one drowned. The weather was pretty good for an outing of several days duration. I would be showing Vancouver from the water to some friends and attending a graduation ceremony and a concert while there, so the launch was made at Vanier Park in Kitisilano. After this, I would be joined by Rosa to cruise into Indian Arm. I hope that you enjoy the photos taken during the cruise. Technical problems with the memory card on the camera led the list of little issues that need to be dealt with before the next cruise.
